What No Bot Reply collects, what it sends, and where. No tricks, no fine print.

The short version
Your API keys stay in your browser. Posts and drafts go only to the AI provider you chose. We store your email, a signup number and whether you paid. Nothing else.

No Bot Reply is a Chrome extension that drafts replies on LinkedIn, X, Threads, Reddit and Gmail.
Signing in with Google
When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, your Google user id and your name if Google sends it.
We use this to keep one account per person, to set the signup rank that decides your price, and to check whether you have paid. We do not read your Gmail, your contacts or anything else through that sign-in.
Sign-in is handled by Supabase, which stores the login record on servers in Tokyo, Japan (ap-northeast-1).
Payments
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record. They handle the card, the billing address and the receipts, and their own privacy policy applies to that.
We receive a payment id, the amount and a paid or refunded status. We never see card numbers.
Your API keys
Your API keys are stored only in Chrome's extension storage on your machine. They are never sent to us. Removing the extension removes them.
What the extension sends and where
The text of the post you are replying to, your draft if you typed one, and your profile text go straight from your browser to the AI provider you picked (OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq or Google), using your own key.
None of it goes through our servers. Their privacy policies apply to that request.
What we store
Your email, your Google user id, your signup rank, your payment status, and a count of trial replies used. That is a number, not the replies themselves.
No page content, no drafts, no generated replies, no browsing history.
Cookies and analytics
None on the extension, none on the API. The sign-in page uses the session storage the login needs and nothing else.
Deleting your account
Email mehul@yogidhara.com from the signed-in address. We delete the account row and the login record within 7 days.
Payment records stay with Dodo Payments as long as tax law requires.
Changes
When we update this policy, we change the date at the top. For anything that changes what we collect, we tell signed-in users by email.
