Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Yogidhara, a studio run by Mehul Chovatiya from Jamnagar · Gujarat, India.

By using this website you accept the part of these terms that covers the site. The rest applies once you hire us.

This page is not your contract

Every project gets its own written quote covering scope, price, payment and timeline. If anything here disagrees with your quote, your quote wins.

Nothing on this website is an offer or a fixed price. Prices shown are starting points, and the real number comes after we understand the job.

Using this website

You are welcome to read it, share it and quote it. Please do not copy the design, the copy or the code wholesale, and do not try to break, scrape at scale, or misuse the site.

We try to keep everything on here accurate and current, but we do not promise it is free of mistakes. Case studies describe past work and are not a promise of the same result for you.

Quotes and scope

We quote in writing before we start. The quote lists what is included, and by implication what is not.

If you want something outside that list mid project, we are happy to do it. We will tell you the extra cost and time before we start on it, not after.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Work starts once the agreed first payment clears.

Handover of accounts, code and files happens once the project is paid in full.

Timelines

Dates we give are honest estimates, not guarantees. They assume you send content, feedback and approvals when we ask.

Delays outside our control, such as an outage at a third party service, waiting on your content, or a client side approval, move the finish date by the same amount.

What we need from you

Content, images, logos and access to the accounts we need, on time.

The right to use whatever you give us. If you hand us a photo, a font or a logo, we assume you are allowed to use it. If a rights holder later objects to material you supplied, that is on you.

One point of contact who can approve things, so feedback does not arrive in five different directions.

Who owns what

Your domain and your content stay yours throughout, registered in your name where possible.

Once the project is paid in full, the finished site or app is yours to use and run for your business.

We keep ownership of our own reusable building blocks: components, patterns and internal tooling we bring to the job and reuse elsewhere. You are not buying those outright, you are getting the finished product built with them.

We may show the work and name your business in our portfolio and posts. Tell us not to and we will not.

Third party services

Most builds sit on services we do not own: hosting, domains, payment gateways, messaging and AI providers. They have their own terms, their own prices and their own outages.

We will tell you which ones a build depends on, and any cost that carries on after handover. We are not responsible for their downtime, price changes or policy changes.

After handover

We fix genuine defects in what we delivered, for the period stated in your quote, free.

New features, content updates and changes after that are billed, either per request or through a care plan if you take one. We do not include ongoing free maintenance, because a promise like that is one we could not keep as the studio grows.

What we do not promise

We build the thing well. We cannot promise a business outcome: a specific Google ranking, a number of sales, a number of leads, or growth. Anyone who does promise those is guessing.

We cannot promise uninterrupted uptime, since that depends on the services underneath.

Limits on liability

If something goes wrong and it is our fault, our total liability for a project is capped at the fees you paid us for that project.

We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data you did not ask us to back up, or business interruption.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending a project

Either side can stop a project in writing. You pay for the work done up to that point, and we hand over what is finished and paid for.

If a project goes quiet on your side for more than 60 days, we may treat it as paused and re quote the remaining work when you come back.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. A project already underway runs on the terms and quote agreed at the time.
