Privacy policy
What we collect, what we do with it, and who else can see it. No tricks, no fine print.

The short version
This website has no contact form, no sign up, no analytics and no tracking cookies of ours. Just reading it, you hand us nothing.
We only get your details when you choose to send them: a WhatsApp message, a call, an email, or a booked call. We use them to reply and to do the work you asked for. We do not sell them and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who we are
Yogidhara is a small studio run by Mehul Chovatiya from Jamnagar · Gujarat, India. We build AI automation, websites and business apps.
If you want anything on this page explained, or you want to know what we hold about you, email mehul@yogidhara.com.
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you, directly. The site is a set of static pages. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs so the site stays up and safe from abuse. Those logs typically include your IP address, the time of the request, the page you asked for and your browser type. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you, and we do not link them to anything else.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email, we receive whatever you send: your name, your phone number or email address, your business, and what you tell us about your project.
We use it to answer you and to quote and deliver the work. That is all.
We keep enquiries while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up where we left off. For clients we keep project and billing records for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete an old enquiry and we will.
When you book a call
The booking calendar on this site is an embed from Cal.com. It loads from Cal.com's servers, which means Cal.com receives your booking details directly: your name, your email address, your timezone and anything you type into the booking form. Cal.com may also set its own cookies in your browser.
We see that booking so we can turn up to the call. Cal.com handles it under their own privacy policy at cal.com/privacy. If you would rather not use it, WhatsApp or email us instead and we will fix a time by hand.
Your data during a project
To build what you hired us for, you may give us access to your systems: a hosting account, a domain, a database, a mailbox, a social account, or files and photos for your site.
We use that access only for the agreed work. We do not read, copy or share your business data beyond what the job needs. When the project ends, or whenever you ask, we hand over the accounts and remove our own access.
If your build stores personal data about your own customers, you decide what is collected and why. We build it to your instructions, and you remain responsible for what your business does with it.
Google account access in our own tools
We connect our own Google account to automation tools we run for the studio, for example reading and sending our own email. This uses Google's official sign in, and the access is limited to our own account.
That access is used only to run our own operations. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone else, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. It can be withdrawn at any time from the Google account permissions page.
If a project of yours needs access to your Google account, we ask you separately, we explain exactly what it is for, and you grant it yourself.
Who else sees your information
Only the services we need to run the studio, and only the part they need:
- Our hosting provider, which serves this website and keeps the server logs described above.
- Cal.com, if you use the booking calendar.
- Our email provider, so we can read and reply to your email.
- WhatsApp, if that is how you message us. Your chat sits in your WhatsApp account as well as ours.
We never sell your information, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers. We would only hand something over if the law required it.
Your choices
Email mehul@yogidhara.com and you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, unless we are legally required to keep a record such as an invoice.
You can also stop the flow at source: block cookies in your browser, avoid the booking embed, or message us on WhatsApp instead.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to client accounts and project files is kept to the people doing the work, which today means the founder. No system is perfect, so if we ever became aware of a breach affecting you, we would tell you.
Children
This site sells business services and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we start using something new, a form or analytics for example, we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no separate notification, so check back if it matters to you.
